All the King’s Men prepares mentors with the finite ability to foster quality relationships with male students while encouraging them to be successful in life. Throughout the training modules, mentors are taught how to recognize student dynamics in order to implement individually-crafted approaches, establish and maintain a healthy environment for mentees to feel safe while learning, and develop the skills needed to build a positive rapport with the students – regardless of the sensitivity of the curricula subjects. We understand that mentors are on the front line of support, encouragement, and behavioral reinforcement in the lives of our youth; thus we ensure that all individuals acting in the interest of Growing Kings are properly trained to be models of influence.
